Allison has spent a decade teaching ELA and literacy in Philadelphia. She has extensive experience working with students of all ages and abilities, and has earned Master’s degrees in education and pre-k to 12th grade literacy from Rosemont College and Saint Joseph’s University.

Dedicated to teaching literacy as a form of social justice, she now aims to bolster the community’s youth through early childhood education. She is passionate about local history and and in her spare time is an avid reader.
