Jess serves as a Director of Programs for Achieve Now. She currently oversees K-2 literacy intervention efforts at our two charter school partners in Philadelphia.

Before joining the Achieve Now team, Jess spent time as a second grade teacher, an Associate Program Director for a graduate teaching fellowship, and as a project manager. She loves phonics and is passionate about high-quality, hands-on literacy instruction in schools.

Jess earned both a B.B.A and M.Ed. from the University of Notre Dame.
