Monique Boskett is a Senior Events Specialist at Hello Heart and a mission-driven leader with more than a decade of experience building partnerships, leading community initiatives, and creating meaningful, large-scale experiences. Throughout her career, she has worked across organizations including JPMorgan Chase, Independence Blue Cross, and WeWork, where she has helped connect corporate resources with community impact.Her connection to literacy, however, is deeply personal. As a child, Monique was uninterested in reading until her parents brought her to her local library where she discovered a plethora of intriguing genres and books. What once felt like a chore became a lifelong love of reading; shaping both her academic and professional path. That early transformation continues to guide her commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to fall in love with reading.

Monique has been involved with Achieve Now for several years. Watching students light up as they grow reinforces her belief that literacy is not just an academic skill, but a foundation for self-confidence, independence, and future success.
